Pro Wrestling Kingdom

1. The Steel Ayslum match was a good solid match as was expected. The X-Division wrestlers did their thing once again here. Yes, it was good but we’ve seen this before from them.

2. The King left the building during the mixed DIVA/Rhino/Kip James match. NO COMMENT here.

3. X-Division title match was a good match that highlighted the abilities of Consequences Creed. Everything was good here except the finish. Finish was predictable (after Lethal won Asylum match) and a weak ending to a great match. Would have been better with a WMD cheat finish.

4. DIVAS & KO Kong title match. Was an average match at best. Division continues to nose dive.

5. Monsters Ball Match. Was a great match with a lot of nice spots. Ending was VERY WEAK. The monster once known as Abyss is being killed off by booking. Mongo looked horrible.

6. Booker T, AJ Styles, Christian Cage. 1st solid match that had a solid finish. (not counting Asylum Match)

7. Kurt Angle -vs- Jeff Jarrett. Old School match because thats all Jeff Jarrett can do. Match did NOT live up to the hype. Where was the brutality? Looked like a WWE type match. All bark and no bite.

8. Samoa Joe -vs- Sting. Something was very weird with this match. Chemistry wasn’t there between the wrestlers. Match reminded The King of late WCW matches with disgruntle wrestlers. Decent match but confusing.

This was NOT a great ppv but it did have it’s good points. Did not live up to what the Bound For Glory name (TNA’s Wrestlemania) is suppose to mean.

Rating: C+

1. The original Raisha Saeed was Melissa Anderson. 5′8 / 142. This new Saeed looks about 5′10 / 110.

2. The NEW Saeed wears the head scarf differently. Shows more of her face.

3. The NEW Saeed CAN’T wrestle. Melissa CAN! New Saeed only does a body slam and misses a moonsault. Look at debut match of Saeed at Lockdown and compare it to the recent matches.

4. The NEW Saeed moves like a girlie girl. Melissa moves like a tom boy in the ring.

5. The NEW Saeed has a bigger head and a smaller looking chest.

6. The NEW Saeed has skinny arms and a thin build. Melissa (original Saeed) has big arms for a woman and is more stocky.

7. The NEW Saeed wears face paint to help hide her face. The old Saeed didn’t. What are they trying to hide?

8. The NEW Saeed does not speak on the mic. Does she?

9. The NEW Saeed has the deer in the headlights look in her eyes. Original Saeed didn’t. Looked more confident.

10. The NEW Saeed is reminds The King of Stacey Keibler in disguise while the old Saeed is more like Sherri Martel.

Some things you just can’t hide!

TNA’s “DIVA” division is now a toilet clogging log that just won’t flush. It was good when TNA squeezed it out but now it just floats around in the bowl collecting flies while stinking up the joint.

1. Taylor Wilde with all the push in the world still is not over with the crowds. Hardly got cheers in the last ppv and didn’t go over huge after she beat Kong clean two matches in a row. She just doesn’t have it!

2. There is nobody left that can put up a good match with Kong. ODB almost broke Kong’s neck when she botched the table bomb.

3. Raisha Shaeed looks like she was replaced with a female jobber. Her last match was horrible. Wouldn’t be surprised if there is a new girl under that disquise. Cheerleader Melissa is a better wrestler than that last match.

4. The Beautiful People are classic Divas. Only they don’t have the looks that WWE Divas have. One has a nice body while the other has nice face. Neither one has a complete look.

5. Salinas who is now gone was considered by many to be the most attractive “DIVA” in TNA. A big loss to the division even though she hardly got the opportunity to wrestle.

Bottom Line in all of this is that what was once a strong “KO” division is now a weak imitation of WWE’s DIVA division.

If Kong is smart she’ll kick rocks as soon as she can. There is nothing left for her in TNA.

TNA Impact Game:

This game is exactly what The King said it would be. “TNA Impact 2″ BETA! As a BETA game it is not worth the full price on XBOX 360 or PS3. It is however worth the price that it is available for on PS2.

The King has that PS2 version of the game and has unlocked every wrestler. Here is the Good, Bad, and Ugly on the game..

GOOD

1. Graphics: as good as it gets for a wrestling game.

2. Sound: announcers are equally as bad in the game as they are in real life. very realistic. every wrestler has their real entrance music. in ring action sounds great!

3. Story Mode: is a nice rags to riches build your career story. better on PS2 since you actually use Suicide in story mode opposed to a CAW jobber.

BAD:

1. Missed on a few wrestlers. Rhino (too fat), Robert Roode (face/hair), James Storm (face/hair).

2. Jobbers in the game suck! Only two of them are decent. Lenny and Benny.

UGLY:

1. Game Controls suck. The button combinations take too long to master. Is confusing, and the recovery stick does not work when a wrestler is dazed. Has no effect!

2. Limited wrestler moves. No Scorpion Death Lock for Sting, No Ankle Lock for Kurt Angle, and wrestlers share too many moves. This was lazy programming since TNA wrestlers motioned captured 2000 or so moves and probably less than 100 moves are in the game.

Conclusion:

If you love TNA and don’t mind dropping your money on a game that is incomplete this game is for you. But if you are looking for a complete wrestling game you should look to Fire Pro Wrestling Returns and just create TNA, Indy, or WWE wrestlers in that game.

TNA Impact:

1. Will only have 5 CAW slots.

2. Titles can NOT be defended or won in Exhibition mode.

3. TNA wrestlers can NOT be used in story mode. Only caws.

4. Finishers are ONLY from front grapple.

5. No create a title, create an arena, or create anything other than 5 CAW’S.

6. NO TNA Knockouts division in the game.

7. Only 25 wrestlers.

8. Almost impossible to create wrestlers that look like Hulk Hogan, HBK, or any other real life wrestler.

9. Downloadable content will only be additional wrestlers that are to be added.

10. Sting can NOT use his bat in the ring and he does NOT have his current attire.

11. NO BLOOD!

12. Entrances are as short as they appear in the videos that have been made available.

13. Wrestler stats are NOT viewable in game. Are “Internal Stats.”

14. No backstage fighting or throwing wrestlers off of the entrance ramp.

15. Almost every question asked to Midway by gamers resulted in an answer of, “Not in this version but we are working on it.” Or “Great Idea. We’ll look into it!”

Bottom line on this based on the interview The King read is that the game will be VERY generic. New generation graphics with the features and options of an EARLY N64 or PSX title. Something like WCW Mayhem for ps2, wii, xbox360, and ps3.

Midway are said to be working on the next version of this game but The King believes it will NOT see the day of light, for Midway are one failed game away from going out of business! That one failed game may in fact be this TNA Impact! game that will be ripped apart when it is released by reviewers.

Not because TNA sucks but because Midway were in way over their head with this game and failed to deliver.
